3. Data Integrity Commitment

AIComp.ly maintains a zero synthetic data policy. All expert profiles, compliance assessments, and platform data are sourced from authentic, verified databases. We do not use artificial, generated, or synthetic data in any aspect of our service.

4. User Accounts and Access

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

AIComp.ly maintains enterprise-grade security standards and compliance with major regulatory frameworks. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data and ensure service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIComp.ly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms
